Rochester's Venue for Jewish Humor and Artistic Entertainment Bringing a unique experience of culture and joy to the community by focusing on Jewish artistic expression and development.
Location: Back of Beth Sholom (1161 Monroe Ave. - entrance is behind the shul in parking lot off Pinnacle Rd.) 
Doors open for drink and food a half hour before showtime. Performers may be added or changed.

Humor Intensive: Stand-up Comedy 101 Course (all ages welcome)
Comedy & Humor Perspective Workshop
Learn the craft and art of seeing funny with David Kilimnick (international comedy coach, comedian, social worker and rabbi). A month to learn, a lifetime to master... Therapy at its best, see life through a comedic lens and laugh at it.
Workshop takes you through the fundamentals of joke writing, joke structure, routine development, stage persona, understanding your character and more... Culminating in a student showcase. Skills help you view the world through the lens of humor, make your speeches and presentations more bearable, self-confidence and discovery of self, comfort on the stage, comedy writing, sharing laughter, entertaining at the table or at least not having people suffer through your sharing of jokes you heard.
​A JHF initiative, in honor of Rebbetzin Kilimnick A"H and the holy laughs she shared, Rochester's Jewish Entertainment venue brings a unique experience of Jewish culture and joy to the community by focusing on Jewish artistic expression and development. The stage is dedicated in honor of the great entertainer Rabbi Shaya Kilimnick ZT"L, who supported Jewish artistic expression and laughs.
